The BoostJunkies website is an online shop with secure payment system. The website is almost entirely database driven with a comprehensive content management system. This allows the administrators to add, edit and remove products, alter the content of the pages and other shopping settings.
The website includes a shopping cart which allows the ordering of multiple item ordering. It also has a secure log in system for the content management system.
This brief required the customisation of a website the client had created from a template style website builder program supplied by their hosting provider. The main aim was to make the site more casino themed, while keeping the very simple layout style.
Due to the poor quality of programming templates tend to generate, and this was no exception, the website was actually designed and developed from scratch to suit the clients requirements. This allowed the website to be fully W3 standards compliant and cross browser compatible, which it had not been as a template site.
This website was developed for a north Devon based solo musician, and was developed completely in Adobe Flash, which allows for better graphics and smoother animation, but is less suitable for search engines.
The site includes a custom streaming mp3 music player, which displays artist & song names read from the file's tags. This website is part of an ongoing project which will include an online shop and forum as well as the website and logo design.

The Studio Twenty website brief was for a complete website re-design and development. One of the main concerns when designing the website was expandability and the need for regular updates, without the use of a content management system.
The solution was to design the site with a very simple, yet effective layout, and to include basic HTML development training with the website. This has allowed the staff at Studio Twenty to update the website them selves.
